Production of a high quality, effecient filter silencer for marine equipment.

customer problem
Their previous silencer had been constructed using molded plastic. The company producing them could no longer fulfill the customers requirements.

our solution
We took an exsting silencer and reworked the body and tube using mild steel. We then powder coated the finished product.

The new silencer is far more effecient when manufactured out of steel and has a far longer life expectency due to the powder coating.

We were also able to source the filter element for the customer from Filterserve, the filter division of the Power Utilities Group, and supply the finished silencer fully assembled and ready for fitting.
